The new twisting machine for agricultural springs has been completely redesigned and overturns the concepts of the previous machine to totally automate the production process. ​

The production cycle is divided into two parts to allow for a part of the cycle time that does not affect the overall processing time, thus increasing the productivity of the machine itself.

Through the use of a transfer the system becomes semi-automatic; at the same time it is designed to receive the thread cutting machine, fully automating the production process. ​

The new machine also accepts a very important option: the stem bending machine.

This optional allows you to bend the stems of the springs without further processing, allowing to make two different bends on the same stems: the resulting spring is complete and completed. ​

Each part of the machine has been designed to be fully adjustable, each movement is controlled by sensors and made fluid by totally independent adjustments, and it is designed to accommodate the wire straightener and bending machine upstream. ​

The ability of this twisting machine to work in automatic or semi-automatic mode allows production to continue even if the upstream machines are not in operation. ​
